Good Questions, Straight Answers

The things I’m asked the most – explained with clarity, so you can brief me in Confidence.

You email me and tell me what you’re making. If it’s a fit, I’ll send back a short proposal with scope, price, and dates — usually within a few days. Nothing is binding until you sign it.

Most people don’t, and that’s fine. Tell me the problem in plain words and I’ll tell you what it actually takes — sometimes it’s less than you thought.

If the starting price is out of reach, say so early rather than not writing. Scope is flexible, timelines can stretch, and some projects can be phased so you pay as you grow. I’d rather find a version that works than lose the project entirely.

Half to book the dates, half on delivery. Larger projects get split into milestones so you’re never paying far ahead of the work.

Yes — you work with me directly, from the first conversation to launch. Nothing gets passed to a junior after the pitch. When a project needs a photographer, illustrator, or copywriter, I bring in people I trust and manage them, so you still only have one point of contact.

Each phase includes revisions, and I don’t move forward until you’re happy with where we are. If it’s genuinely not working, we stop at the end of a phase and part on good terms.

Yes. I build with a CMS you can actually use and walk you through it before I hand it over.

Sometimes. A single poster or a one-page site is welcome if the idea is interesting.
